- If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- There are 4 zones in the aqua park:
- Zone 1: This zone is specifically for youngsters aged 5-6 years old so that they can enjoy to the fullest in the company of other children.
- Zone 2: This zone is the place where most of the obstacles involve climbing and a bit of balance like the monkey bars and a target wheel.
- Zone 3: Here you'll find the 3M-tall Springboard which may seem like an easy ascent but is one of the most daring activities in HydroDash
- Zone 4: This zone has a lot of rigorous obstacle courses. Here, you should expect to tumble in the water a lot.

- By Car: Take the route via Telok Blangah Rd from the city centre. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to reach the location.
